As of October 29, 2013 legislation came into effect in NSW requiring your pool or spa to comply with a number of standards, including:

  • fence placement, structure and design
  • gate structure and design
  • appropriate covers for spas
  • safety signage.

Pre-sale or lease swimming pool inspection
